Ingredients
- Dried Figs - 2 - 3 Nos, cut into small pieces
- Frozen Milk Cubes - 250 - 300 ml
- Coffee Powder - 1 - 1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 - 1 1/2 Tablespoon
- Chilled Milk - 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup
Directions
- Add the fig pieces, sugar and coffee powder in the large jar of a mixer grinder and blend well. Adjust the quantity of sugar and coffee powder according to your taste.
- Then add 1/4 cup of cold milk to it and blend well. The outer layer of the dried fig is hard, so to get a smooth paste, we need to add milk and grind well before adding the frozen milk cubes.
- Once the figs are well ground, add in 250-300 ml of frozen milk cubes and 1/2 cup of cold milk and blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving glass. Sprinkle some coffee powder on top, it's optional though.
- Serve immediately.
