Ingredients
- Fully Ripe Lychee Fruits - 5 - 6 Nos, peeled and deseeded
- Sugar -1/2 - 1 Tablespoon
- Ice cubes, as required
- Chilled Soda, as required
- Rose Syrup - 1 - 2 Tablespoon
Directions
- First, take 5-6 well-ripened Lychee fruits, remove the skin, seed and keep the flesh aside.
- Now put the Lychee flesh in a large serving glass, add sugar and mash it well with a muddler.
- Add enough ice cubes to it.
- Then add in the chilled soda. If using sweetened soda, there is no need to add sugar in the second step.
- Add 1-2 tablespoon of rose syrup to it, mix well and serve chilled.
- Enjoy.
