Lychee – Rose Syrup Cooler

Ingredients
  • Fully Ripe Lychee Fruits - 5 - 6 Nos, peeled and deseeded
  • Sugar -1/2 - 1 Tablespoon
  • Ice cubes, as required
  • Chilled Soda, as required
  • Rose Syrup - 1 - 2 Tablespoon
Directions
  1. First, take 5-6 well-ripened Lychee fruits, remove the skin, seed and keep the flesh aside.
  2. Now put the Lychee flesh in a large serving glass, add sugar and mash it well with a muddler.
  3. Add enough ice cubes to it.
  4. Then add in the chilled soda. If using sweetened soda, there is no need to add sugar in the second step.
  5. Add 1-2 tablespoon of rose syrup to it, mix well and serve chilled.
  6. Enjoy.
