Ingredients
  • Fully ripe Sapota / Chikoo - 1 large or 2 small
  • Milk - 250 - 300 ml
  • Sugar - 1 - 2 Tablespoon
  • Sapota or Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 - 3 scoops
To Serve:
  • Sapota or Vanilla Ice Cream, optional
  • Honey, optional
Directions
  1. Start by freezing milk. Pour the milk into an ice tray, and keep it in the freezer until completely frozen, for about 5-6 hrs. You can use raw milk, or boiled and cooled milk.
  2. Take fully ripe sapota, remove the skin and seeds, keep the pulp aside. One large sized sapota is enough for a large glass of milkshake. You can use up to two, if the size of the sapota is small.
  3. Add the sapota pulp, sugar, frozen milk cubes and ice cream to the blender jar.
  4. Blend everything well to a very smooth shake, for about a minute or two.
  5. Then transfer it to a serving glass, top it with ice cream, honey and serve immediately.
