Ingredients
- Fully ripe Sapota / Chikoo - 1 large or 2 small
- Milk - 250 - 300 ml
- Sugar - 1 - 2 Tablespoon
- Sapota or Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 - 3 scoops
To Serve:
- Sapota or Vanilla Ice Cream, optional
- Honey, optional
Directions
- Start by freezing milk. Pour the milk into an ice tray, and keep it in the freezer until completely frozen, for about 5-6 hrs. You can use raw milk, or boiled and cooled milk.
- Take fully ripe sapota, remove the skin and seeds, keep the pulp aside. One large sized sapota is enough for a large glass of milkshake. You can use up to two, if the size of the sapota is small.
- Add the sapota pulp, sugar, frozen milk cubes and ice cream to the blender jar.
- Blend everything well to a very smooth shake, for about a minute or two.
- Then transfer it to a serving glass, top it with ice cream, honey and serve immediately.
