Ingredients
- Milk - 250 - 300 ml, frozen and crushed
- Sugar - 1 -2 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
- Boost or Bournvita or any Chocolate Drink Powder - 2-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
- Baby banana - 1/2 - 1 Nos
- Chilled Milk - 1/4 cup, optional
- Peanuts or chopped cashew nuts to garnish, optional
Directions
- Add frozen milk, sugar, boost, small banana, chilled milk into the large jar of a mixer grinder. Refer 'Notes'.
- Blend well until thick and frothy for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Transfer to the serving glass. Garnish with crushed peanuts or cashew nuts, tutti-frutti and boost. It's completely optional.
- Serve chilled.
NOTES
- Normally I pour the milk in an ice tray in the previous day in freezer. You can use raw milk, or boiled and cooled milk.
- Crush the milk cubes slightly before adding it into the jar, for quick mixing. It's optional.
- You can adjust the amount of sugar, boost according to your taste preference.
- Adding chilled milk helps smooth grinding. It's completely optional.
- You can add peanuts or cashew nuts, if you like it. I normally not use those in sharjah milkshake.
- If the milk cubes get stuck in the jar, switch off the mixer grinder, wait until the blades stopped spinning. Then open the cap of the jar, and mix every thing from the bottom using a long spoon. Repeat, if required.
